It is with a heavy heart we announce the passing of our beloved senior stallion, Kaiyoum Might. Kaiyoum was a great ambassador to the Arabian breed locally in Florida. He represented New Vision Farm in so many ways. He has touched the lives of many people who were skeptical about the Arabian breed, and he showed them that with love and care, the Arabian was most certainly the king of horses. Kaiyoum was a very special friend to everyone at NVF and but mostly to Brandy Johnson. Brandy was in a horrific horse accident in her early teens. This kept her from riding for nearly a year, and she suffered through tough physical therapy and emotional distress. Once she realized she belonged back on a horse, Kaiyoum was the mentor that brought her back to riding and back into the show ring. They competed locally in Florida in Halter, Show Jumping, Dressage and Hunter, but more importantly ,he was her best friend. During trying times, Kaiyoum was there with a shoulder and long white mane to lean on. Thank you everyone for your continued support, your cards, flowers, and your shared fond memories of Kaiyoum Might. We hope his daughters will continue his legacy, his kindness, and his amazing Arabian presence. A special thank you to the Mathias Family of WhitMoJo Arabians for the lease of one of their most beautiful grey mares, who we hope is in foal with the last Kaiyoum Might offspring. Blessings to all, cherish your beloved Arabians! |
